Refund Policy

1. Services Provided

Scoop & Stay offers pet-related services including but not limited to dog walking, pet waste removal (poop scoop), pet boarding, and doggy daycare. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their pets, including any behavioral concerns, medical conditions, or special needs.

• Pets must be current on required vaccinations (rabies, distemper, etc.) for boarding and daycare services. Proof of vaccination may be requested.

• Clients must provide safe access to their property for scheduled poop scoop and dog walking services.

3. Payments

• All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Late or failed payments may result in service cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

5. Liability

• Scoop & Stay is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, injuries, or illnesses that occur while in our care.

• While we take all reasonable precautions, Scoop & Stay is not liable for damage to property, lawn, or pets due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents, natural behavior of animals).

• Clients are financially responsible for any harm their pets cause to Scoop & Stay staff, other pets, or property.

6. Emergency Care

• In the event of a medical emergency, Scoop & Stay will make reasonable efforts to contact the pet owner.

• If the owner cannot be reached, Scoop & Stay reserves the right to seek veterinary care at the nearest available clinic.

• All related costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.
